The bikes arrived intact The bikes arrived intact. The assembly was relatively easy after I figured out the first. My family couldn’t figure out how engage the motor until, I located the throttle. Overall I am completely satisfied from ordering, until assembly and riding! I recommend this to all, especially those of you, like myself don’t have a ton of money!!!😀😀

I only have one complaint , it would be that the video for installation could be a little better. But over all the experience with this purchase was great and the item is packaged well.

I had to pay for what should be a… I had to pay for what should be a warranty Item. I got my M026TGB bike Sept 6 2023 , by January 2023 my headlight went out, and the replacement would not turn off so Vivi Told me I needed a new Brushless motor controller and to purchase it on the website period, on a bike 6 months old.

M026TGB bike review Really like the bike. Assembly was straightforward. I would increase the length of the seat post as it was too short and had to buy new ones on both bikes. Also a key or some mechanism to ‘turn off the bike’ would be good so the battery can be left on the bike if on a rack while in class and not in use. Overall, really like the bike.
