I got my M026TGB bike Sept 6 2023 , by January 2023 my headlight went out, and the replacement would not turn off so Vivi Told me I needed a new Brushless motor controller and to purchase it on the website period, on a bike 6 months old.

I only have one complaint , it would be that the video for installation could be a little better. But over all the experience with this purchase was great and the item is packaged well.

Great bike Needed a new battery I've had only a few experiences with VV bikes What I will say is that although shipping takes a while. It's worth it. My husband absolutely loves his bike and without it for a few weeks because of the battery dying. He was quite unhappy seeing the battery arrive and him jumping directly on the bike immediately after it was charged. Was a god sent thank you

The bikes arrived intact The bikes arrived intact. The assembly was relatively easy after I figured out the first. My family couldn’t figure out how engage the motor until, I located the throttle. Overall I am completely satisfied from ordering, until assembly and riding! I recommend this to all, especially those of you, like myself don’t have a ton of money!!!😀😀
