GBVivi Continues to Deliver I continue to be impressed by the Vivi Bike Company. I bought the bike a year ago and it has been a joy to ride. I hammer it hard and it keeps on coming back for more. Now, I've had two interactions with the Service Department and I am blown away by their excellent responsive to my requests for support. I recently discovered two broken spokes on my rear wheel and the shop where I get my bike fixed did not have that spoke. I contacted Vivi contacted for replacements and received the replacement spokes quickly. And the cost for the replacement spokes was really reasonable. I had a similar experience last fall when I needed to replace my lost battery keys. These guys are really good. Buy a bike from these guys.

GBGreat starter ebike for most part I really enjoy the bikes. I wish the handle bar could extend up so you aren't leaning forward so much, but I understand now that I probably would have to order a different style. It's fine for me, but my wife would like to be more upright. The reason for 3 stars and not more is because after the first 8 mile trip, the push button shifter on the right side of the handle bar is not working right. You can still move it with your thumb, but the push button part is not working. Also the front brakes on one bike are constantly rubbing. If you lift front tire off the ground and spin it, the tire stops before 2 revolutions because of the brake not being in the correct position. Hopefully I can look up some YouTube and figure out how to adjust it but there's no adjustments in the instruction manual. After our 3rd ride, the front tire of my wife's bike is now flat. Mine is not flat and they are identical, so maybe she just was unfortunate. All in all they are fun to use and love that we can go on extended rides without worrying about her knee injury flaring up the next day. Since returning the bikes is not really an option once you open the package unless there is some major quality issue, we will be using these bikes for hopefully many years. I had originally thought I might purchase extra batteries to double the range, but after realizing the price of the battery was more than half the price of the whole bike I dismissed that thought. If I could do it over I might get a different style for my wife that's a little more comfortable for her but this is going to end up working out for now. They come packed really securely and assembly is pretty easy. Also a big reason I purchased was due to free shipping. Lots of nice ebikes out there, but I'm not gonna buy a similar priced bike from somewhere else just to pay $150 and up to ship it.

GBI ordered the wrong battery for my… I ordered the wrong battery for my VIVIEBIKE on March 17 Order VIVI5689. I got approval to return battery and Fedex said you received it two weeks ago. I have not received a refund or any word from you since.
