GRRefunded work I had a problem with the electric sensor in the pedal assist and the customer service was willing to help me. I went to a repair store in my country and when my bike was ready i send them the proof of work and they refund me all the work!

CZIt's a very great bike.I am loving… It's a very great bike.I am loving it.Except brakes,need a little bit improvement over there.Overall thumb up in all aspects.Highly recommended.

GBHad my bike for aprox 2 1/2 years its… Had my bike for aprox 2 1/2 years its been very good However I am on my 2nd battery and third controler Controler is not water proof Bike will not free wheel at all after using battery unless you stop and restart Full review for the price bike still going well (gutted about having to purchase new battery ) All good

DKRefund I ordered the: Electric Mountain Bike M1 Plus(with APP), which they later told me was out of stock, so i issued a refund, and they told me they would help with the refund. I asked if theres a number i can call to help with the refund, and get hit with a auto-reply message telling me they are on holiday, when i just got an email from them a day before?? Its been 3 days and no answer still, really disappointed, hopefully i get the 1000$ back soon. Update: Got the money back
