Yes overall I have had a good time with my M2 , I got it last October , my friend helped me put together, so after 6 months I can give you a good and honest review , the good points , battery is so powerful , 1 week is the norm , really good , brakes are ok as well no issues , the control panel is nice , 1_5 power modes , number 3 is the sweet point , on hills 4 is great , in fact I haven't yet used number 5 on hills and i am 95 kilos ! Shimano gearing is pretty basic but adequate, kenda tires nice and strong , but a month ago I had a puncture, but it happens to most people, now the negative , just small ones really , no back light , so I had to put one on , not end of the world , also the cus care not that good , a few weeks ago I had issues with my pedal assist , it was cutting out , so I emailed eleglide , no response , so I contacted the shop in London I got it from , Electric scooters London , based in Twickenham, they sent me an email with a video telling me to clean sensor near the crank and it worked , i was so happy , i was riding one week with no power!!.Anyway to sum up , for ,,,,£700 its souch good a deal , i really recommend this e bike ..

DEGood value for the price Quick delivery, good packaging, quality of the components of the bike is good, but needs some adjustment. Brakes could be better, and there‘s no rear light in the package although there‘s a front one. Driving with the M1 Plus feels a little bit different to riding other e-bikes since the motor supports you until a specific speed which is chosen by one of the 5 support levels. It doesn‘t matter how heavy you hit the pedals, you just have to „touch“ them and the motor will speed you up to the chosen speed. I need to get used to this behaviour, but besides that I‘m really happy with it.

GRRefunded work I had a problem with the electric sensor in the pedal assist and the customer service was willing to help me. I went to a repair store in my country and when my bike was ready i send them the proof of work and they refund me all the work!

DEI ordered a replacement display for my… I ordered a replacement display for my tank roll. The first display that was delivered was unfortunately also defective. After contacting support, a new display was sent to me. It works now. I had to wait a few weeks for the display because Eleglide didn't have the spare part in stock. But now I'm happy. My e-bike is working perfectly again.

DEGreat bike, very repair friendly Generally, very satisfied with the bike itself. Great Bike and great experience overall. A couple of weeks ago, I had a small problem with the bike, and contacted the support team. Even though they are not available on site, they have provided me with spare parts (for free, since the bike was still in the 1-year guarantee), and also provided repair videos and I could easily repair my bike. I use the bike almost every day, and it has been a very enjoyable experience.
