It you want a bike like this, this is the one you want! I had previously had a Radwagon 4 delivered and had enjoyed using it so much (still do, its a great bike for lugging stuff around) that I wanted a bike that would take me down woodland trails and across rough country. It ticks all these boxes and I am very pleased with the power, the twist acceleration (much used on my Radwagon 4!), the big big tyres and the suspension...looking for a rack for the car to take this and my wife's ebike on adventures far far away! Good competitive price, responsive and quick delivery from new UK base.

What a bunch of cowards What a bunch of cowards! They advertise a sale of their bikes but fail to say that the company is pulling out of Europe altogether. The email addresses no longer work and the website has been closed - and to Hell with their customers. American commerce at its very worst.

dreadful customer service the bike is ok (heavy and difficult to turn, but so much cheaper than the competition you can overlook that) but the customer services is AWFUL. you either get 0 responses for 2 weeks or 4 different agents all email you on the same day. responses are inadequate and every time you email you open a brand new ticket and have to go through the entire rigmarole with a brand new person. i've been waiting for an accessories refund for 3 months. i would say - avoid.

Easy to use but uncomfortable saddle. I purchased a radrunner plus a few weeks ago and have been out on it a few times. Overall I really like the mechanics of the bike. It is easy to operate and is serving its purpose which is to get me out and about. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and muscle weakness meaning that a regular pushbike isn’t an option for me and I needed an e-bike with enough power to get me around in the Lake District where I live. The only disappointing thing about the bike is the saddle. It is VERY uncomfortable. I feel as though I’m sliding forward on it and am struggling to find a comfortable riding position as a result. I am somewhat annoyed that I’m going to have to pay to replace it with a more comfortable one.

Can't fault it to be honest. Can't fault it to be honest. From the research to ordering. Putting it together, and sending one item back due to me not needing it. Its been just excellent. The bike is versatile, can be modded nicely and 3rd party equipment such as amazon pannier racks fit wonderfully. I'm excited to ride my bike again and with the 8.8 miles both ways to work it just make it that little bit more convenient, comfortable and flexible. With a good customer service and fast shipping (UPS are half assed but that's a different company) It's pretty much the way forward. The website is really intuitive and buying things off there couldn't be easier. Although you can get cheaper alternatives elsewhere, the racks are something you should stick with from the seller.
