Quick response Quick response, and when I wasn’t sure why my bike wasn’t shipping, they physically called me. They reassured me that, it would be on the way very soon. 2 days later I got my bike.

parts were lose… Well so far alot of the parts were lose and it seems one of the batteries is bad. Only did 11 miles and got stuck with dead battery. Had to readjust battery slide because batteries were not setting all the way down. Havent talk to customer service yet but im sure they will send new battery.
