GBProduct was just as described we needed… Product was just as described we needed an xtra large case for our folding mountain bikes that have fat tires and was having problems locating a case that would accommodate them. Case is quality made and bikes fit perfectly!

GBBest service and support. Let me just start by saying how much I love this bike. I ordered the Rattan LM500. First I forgot to include the free lock that cam with my purchase. I contacted Ultre Ebikes, through the chat feature on their website. The girl who helped me was very understanding and corrected my order in record time. The next issue I had was with the shipping address. I had the bike shipped to my bosses house, but did not no that he would be out of town when the bike was scheduled to arrive. So I contacted Ultra Ebikes by chat late at night and left a message explaining the problem. Now I dont know if Jared owns the business or not but acts as if he does. He called me by phone the very next day. I was presently surprised by this. Jared contacted FedEx and rerouted the bike to the FedEx store close to my house. Very friendly and helpful. The third and most recent problem I had was flare tire. Instead of going through the whole story, let's just say through fault of my own, I lost special lock washer for the rear wheel. Looked all over my city trying to find one, to no avail. Contacted Ultra Ebikes once again and was connected with Jared. He contacted the manufacturer and got the parts ordered for me at no cost. Even though the list part was my fault. Much appreciation and praise for customer service and support. Probably the best buying experience I have ever had. If I cou give the ten stars instead of five I would. I highly recommend if you are going to purchase an ebike, this is the company to go through. Jared your awesome. Keep doing what your doing.
