It made a huge difference when you can… It made a huge difference when you can talk to a member of this company and can ask questions about there bikes. I bought my first e bike off Amazon switch was a huge mistake. I had issues with the bike the company didn’t want to help or to make this right. I got into e bikes to help with my therapy. I had a bad knee injury. The e bike made it easy for me to build up my strength. Now the only mistake I made was not getting a bike from you guys from the start.

After six months of research I found… After six months of research I found Ultra E-bikes had the best price. Took a week and a half to get the bike and I really can’t complain about that given all the current shipping & logistical challenges going on. Only reason I’m not giving them five stars is that I’m holding out to see if I need them to help out if there are problems with the bike (only had one day so far).
