The Hammer! I am very happy with the excellent service that I received from ultra bikes. They were responsive and helpful. They worked with me on Particular requests that I had. I’ve only put about 10 miles on the bike so far but I’m loving it. I still have to get it to the beach on fire Island, looking forward to that. The bakers everything I had hoped for and more!

I didn’t get the color that I picked I didn’t get the color that I picked. If it wasn’t in stock I should’ve gotten and email or something regarding to the color that I pick was not in stock at the time. What a waste of money for something that you wanted but don’t get it. These are expensive. But overall the bike is good it was just that little situation that I was kinda upset about when I opened the box.

Ultraebikes is an excellent company Ultraebikes is an excellent company. Gerard took the time to help with me with some questions I had with my ebike. The product is great but I think the customer service is even better. Will recommend Ultraebikes to anyone that is interested in a great product and excellent customer service.
