I did not recieve my order and no refund after all Poor service and poor delivery options, i ordered a cycle in UK and they mentioned the ordered is fullfilled in there website. After a while they said the delivery partner (XDP express) got lost with the order and cant deliver. Overall experience- i did not recieve any product ,got scammed and lost almost 843 GBP.

AVOID SAMEBIKE I received the bike but a speed is not working. IMPOSSIBLE to contact the customer service, they do not reply back!
