I came across samebike and decided on the xd26 model, it seemed to be a lot of bike for the money. maybe it was my carelessness, but was asked not to order a bike from them when I wrote we would make a review freely available of our different experiances. I was in contact with their customer service as there was a difference between using sambike.store and samebike.com so, be aware Find another brand or buy samebike through a dealer you trust

Ridiculous claims about battery range RS A08 Customer service 0/10!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR BIKES!!! Waiting for almost 2 months to have a solution! They claim on their website that the bike have a range of at least 105 km under pass mode. That is 3 times more then what I can achieve, only 35km with tire pression of 2 bar and almost flat terrain. This is realy scamming people! The company is a flop!
