find another brand or buy samebike through a dealer you trust some colleagues and I decided to choose a bike each from different brands. I came across samebike and decided on the xd26 model, it seemed to be a lot of bike for the money. maybe it was my carelessness, but was asked not to order a bike from them when I wrote we would make a review freely available of our different experiances. I was in contact with their customer service as there was a difference between using sambike.store and samebike.com so, be aware Find another brand or buy samebike through a dealer you trust

I did not recieve my order and no refund after all Poor service and poor delivery options, i ordered a cycle in UK and they mentioned the ordered is fullfilled in there website. After a while they said the delivery partner (XDP express) got lost with the order and cant deliver. Overall experience- i did not recieve any product ,got scammed and lost almost 843 GBP.
