RS-A08 Awesome. Perfect warranty The warranty is perfect. I bought it from their wholesales, and their They help me with my problem, I bought it from their wholesale, and Samebike help me with the issue. I bought RS-A08, I love this monster for mountain riding lol... Powerful, speed up, suspension, highly recommended.

Ridiculous claims about battery range RS A08 Customer service 0/10!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR BIKES!!! Waiting for almost 2 months to have a solution! They claim on their website that the bike have a range of at least 105 km under pass mode. That is 3 times more then what I can achieve, only 35km with tire pression of 2 bar and almost flat terrain. This is realy scamming people! The company is a flop!

I own a few Samebike bikes I own a few Samebike bikes. The My275,LO26II and the XWP 10. All Bikes are different in usability. LO26 ist best Offroad experience. The MY 275 ist my allround Trekking Bike. And the XWP 10 ist my citybike also for driving to work. Generally the samebikes offers the best value for the price in the market. The Bikes are well made and stable. Never had any issues. The shipping ist fast and the customer support is brilliant. For me samebike ist the best choice.

I did not recieve my order and no refund after all Poor service and poor delivery options, i ordered a cycle in UK and they mentioned the ordered is fullfilled in there website. After a while they said the delivery partner (XDP express) got lost with the order and cant deliver. Overall experience- i did not recieve any product ,got scammed and lost almost 843 GBP.

Disappointing Experience Ordered a bike, got delivered to the wrong address. Despite repeatedly asking them to correct it, they didn“t do anything, saying "it's DHL's fault, we did what we could". The product got returned back by DHL to the sender, and it took me almost a month to get a refund. First they had to make sure the bike is actually back to the warehouse (despite DHL explicitly telling them so), then there was some sort of Chinese 4 day festival, then the warehouse was on holiday, and after a huge amount of back & forth on Whatsapp, they finally made the refund.
