ITAVOID SAMEBIKE I received the bike but a speed is not working. IMPOSSIBLE to contact the customer service, they do not reply back!

GBI did not recieve my order and no refund after all Poor service and poor delivery options, i ordered a cycle in UK and they mentioned the ordered is fullfilled in there website. After a while they said the delivery partner (XDP express) got lost with the order and cant deliver. Overall experience- i did not recieve any product ,got scammed and lost almost 843 GBP.
