I recommend they support. But do not agree with everything they suggest and you will get great deal when you negociate.

Ridiculous claims about battery range RS A08 Customer service 0/10!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR BIKES!!! Waiting for almost 2 months to have a solution! They claim on their website that the bike have a range of at least 105 km under pass mode. That is 3 times more then what I can achieve, only 35km with tire pression of 2 bar and almost flat terrain. This is realy scamming people! The company is a flop!

Awesome E-Bike! I just got this rsa01 e-bike and it's amazing! The battery lasts about 50km, and it goes really fast. Riding uphill is no problem at all.
