GBI love my AM100 I love my AM100! It allows me to continue riding at an advanced age. I love cycling and have done several bike tours with my wife. We requested e-bikes on our last ride and had agreat experience. We can noe ride together on our local rides The controls allow you to set a speed, so I can match her and stay together. I purchased mine used so I don’t know how well cared for it was. I had some issues and Eahora service was out standing and quick to respond. A great company and wonderful employees!

GBScam/company steals money Did not recieve everything with bike, notified the company, they said they would send missing parts, and never sent them. And are now refusing to return the brand new bike, and told me only way they will accept return is in original box and they would deduct about 1000$ in order to return the 1300$ item. when I asked for a prepaid return label and said they could take the shipping amount out of my refund, but a since when is shipping over a thousand dollars? See picture of email. They don’t honor their product, my advice? buy somewhere else! Save yourself the hassle.

GBabsolutely worst experience ever purchased a 2 bikes directly from the web ( not amazon, NOT available at the time), first one received in couple weeks and after initial fun (one afternoon) never to turn on again, no updates on the second one in the third month ?? tech support over chat or email super polite and apologizing but takes days for each respond and clueless. They have ZERO support inUS. i'm in 9 weeks at this point and rhey cant even say what went wrong. Highly NOT recommending and kicking myself for not going with more establish brand ... update.march 3rd, 2022 ZERO help from manufacturer, in the 4th month from purchase day, got 1 broken bike, 2nd one newer delivered and no update at this point, absolutely avoid this product or be sure you fully covered by 3rd party warranty, whole experience is a nightmare and PayPl resolution center is a joke. You hope to be more fortunate than Me if ordering Eahora product.

GBDamn Good Bike, Responsive Customer Service I purchased the AM200 2023, and could not be happier! Best full suspension e-bike for the money. The power and responsiveness of the controller and motor exceeded my expectations. The 20ah battery hasn’t let me down yet, providing all day riding in the Rocky Mountains. Very helpful customer service, albeit that there is a time delay for a response due to location.

GBBuyer beware!!! This company sent me the wrong bike. Attempted to say it was my fault for not noticing the small icon in the corner before opening. Insisted I try to sell it on Facebook myself. They finally agreed to send a box but I need to provide wrapping and tape to package it. Customer service is poor at best. I'm nervous I will not receive my refund. Good luck getting replacement parts even if you receive your bike. Beware!!!
