GBScoria love I love my bike! My friends that have super 73s are SUPER jealous of my bike because it’s decked out. I was afraid to ride it at first but now I don’t want to get off of it. Everyone thinks it’s a little mini motorcycle. Lots a strangers ask me where I got it when I’m out riding around.

GBI wait for my bike now over 1 Month I wait for my bike now over 1 Month. They have the money but I don't have the bike. On my last mail no reaction at all. The last Custom service guy told me they out of stock and the bike will be shipped out in week 03/25 we are now in 04/01 and still nothing. When I order the bike the site said it will be shipped in 2 days. Its frustrating. No one is picking up. I will file a fraud case with mt Bank its ridicules. Stay away from that company as far as you can.

GBThis is the absolute worst customer… This is the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever purchased from. Good luck getting a response or a warranty issue covered. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that answers the phone or responds to emails.

GBYOU ONLY HAVE 5 DAYS TO REPORT SHIPPING… YOU ONLY HAVE 5 DAYS TO REPORT SHIPPING DAMAGE. OPEN THAT BOX WHEN IT ARRIVES. YOUR WELCOME Customer service questionable at best. Mesa Lite ST. Bike arrived with shipping damage most could be overlooked except the display with the broken bracket. Emailed pics immediately after opening box. Rep answered and said would send me bracket and she did but it was lost in shipping. Called and asked to have reshipped and they did. Then bracket arrived and it was a 2 inch piece that was not at all what was broken. When I called today I was told shipping damage must be reported in 5 days and pics I sent were sent on day 8. So they would not replace the display. This is 2 months later. Also 2 months later we are still waiting for the free black Friday items that were promised with our order. Currently being told label was created and items never shipped. They are suppose to be creating a new order and sending those items now. We will see. Love the bikes and the bike rack to haul them. Seat isn't very comfortable you will want to upgrade that with your order.

GBNice Bike, Horrible Customer service I had been researching, reading, watching videos for months before purchasing my first ebike. Thinking that I found the best out there. Well my experience has not been the best. Let me start I really do like the ebike. It is fun, easy to use, and adjusting the settings is easy. However, the service is crap. When I purchased my ebike I included the $99 accessory package, which at the time the website did NOT state they were out of stock on the accessory package. Mokwheel does have a phone number, but good luck getting a person on the phone or to call you back. I did email customer support and received an email in 24 hrs stating that the accessories would be sent out on the date stated on the website. That would have been acceptable if the charger wouldn't have failed within the first week. Again I tried calling and received no answer, left a message no call back, sent an email and here 24 hrs later no response. Currently they have no chargers in stock according to the website. So I have no clue when I'll be able to use my ebike again. It's frustrating to have an $1,800 paper weight sitting there unable to use. Overall the lack of customer service is a huge disappointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The lack of accessories should not be a thing. There are many more details I could go through as to why one may want to reconsider buying from Mokwheel but I focused on the most important to me. They really need to get their act together. Otherwise they will find themselves bankrupt.
