Always a pleasure We attened the vip event back in June. Calvin was amazing every step of the way from showing us round the cars, ordering and collection/handover. Calvin kept us upto date with the build and when to expected the delivery of our new car which was much earlier than expected. We have been customers of Tates Kia in Pyecombe for several years now and have always found the staff there very Welcoming, informative, friendly and honest.

Amazing - Highly recommend Amazing. The team are always so professional and helpful. I had problems with a car I purchased from an online dealership. Tates have completed all the repairs for me and helped me every step of the way in getting my money back from the warranty company. They couldn’t have done more to help me. This wasn’t their problem to help me and they have gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this garage. I go there for all servicing and MOT. Thank you so much Larissa

From placing order for my new car I was… From placing order for my new car I was kept up to date to what was happening. I was informed how long I would have to wait. Craig was always helpful and polite. Couldn't fault him. Extremely happy with service.

Can't take criticism and blacklist you for it Normally I give 5 stars for service, have done for years however on the last occasion the service was so poor I rated Tate's 1 star ( on Trustpilot for all to read) ). We want criticism good or bad your led to believe. Today I contacted Tate's as my car is due for a service and MOT. I was told in no uncertain terms by the director that I have been blacklisted that I and my vehicles are not welcome and even though I have a pre payment plan for servicing I was told it would not be honoured and to look elsewhere. So the lesson of the story is yes they want your money are happy to take it but dare to complain and your told your banned from all Tate's dealerships. I'm sure the response will be careful thought out making me the big bad customer but 27 years as a Tate's customer tells a different story. The response from Tate's is exactly as expected nothing new there. I purchase vehicles for both work and pleasure your loss not mine
