GBDan is a professional sales person Dan was very patient, he listened to what I required, he did not try and talk me into having something I did not want, it was my choice. Dan is what I call a proper sale person, not pushy, a good listener, patient, ensured I was happy with my decision about which car I wished to buy, any questions were answer in easy terms for me to understand. Well done do not change how you deal with your car buyers

GBCan't take criticism and blacklist you for it Normally I give 5 stars for service, have done for years however on the last occasion the service was so poor I rated Tate's 1 star ( on Trustpilot for all to read) ). We want criticism good or bad your led to believe. Today I contacted Tate's as my car is due for a service and MOT. I was told in no uncertain terms by the director that I have been blacklisted that I and my vehicles are not welcome and even though I have a pre payment plan for servicing I was told it would not be honoured and to look elsewhere. So the lesson of the story is yes they want your money are happy to take it but dare to complain and your told your banned from all Tate's dealerships. I'm sure the response will be careful thought out making me the big bad customer but 27 years as a Tate's customer tells a different story. The response from Tate's is exactly as expected nothing new there. I purchase vehicles for both work and pleasure your loss not mine

GBFault rectified promptly on nearly new car. Calvin was really good to deal with on the sales side, not too pushy and very pleasant. But the star of the show was Rob in Service when I had to take the car back after 2 days as it was making a strange (but hard to hear) noise. Rob got a Technician to look at it immediately to identify the offending part, then placed a priority order for a replacement and got it fitted 3 working days later. As a Kia Approved Used vehicle the fault should have been identified by Kia, not Tates. Anyway, prompt action by Rob saved the day!
