Buying and documentation experience The actual buying process was good, but one thing lets it down was the after sale documentation side. We had to chase them up several times to get the warranty documentation send to us, it took nearly two months to receive the paperwork. Also the sale manager did not return our calls as requested to discuss the problem, instead we got his minion taking his call which was not reassuring.

Always a pleasure We attened the vip event back in June. Calvin was amazing every step of the way from showing us round the cars, ordering and collection/handover. Calvin kept us upto date with the build and when to expected the delivery of our new car which was much earlier than expected. Amazing - Highly recommend Amazing. The team are always so professional and helpful. I had problems with a car I purchased from an online dealership. Tates have completed all the repairs for me and helped me every step of the way in getting my money back from the warranty company. They couldn’t have done more to help me.
