GBi was able to secure a 26ft box truck less than 24hr i was able to secure a 26ft box truck in less than 24hrs which is basically excellent service. i needed it to replace a truck of mines that was in the shop which suppose to be ready at that time. Coop really save my behind, which im grateful for. thanks alot Coop!

GBI really liked the personal contact… I really liked the personal contact with Anthony. After contacting the owner I asked could I pick it up earlier and he agreed so Anthony adjusted my contract dates.

GBThis company is a joke This company is a joke. It’s a good business model but they are ripping off everyone. Why would you charge me for insurance when I have trailer interchange on my policy? Young owner operators listen to me. Don’t use Coop otherwise you’ll go broke. This Turo style rental ends up being too costly.

GBI made a complain (provided with… I made a complain (provided with pictures) and we never get response. Truck owner gave us half loaded truck (we realized when we arrive to warehouse) and we couldn't load and bring our goods to warehouse because of truck owner mistake. We asked refund but also no reply. It was terrible experience for us.

GBCOOP No Call (ghosted communication) Issues w renter and minor repairs. Low fluid and COOP took truck off the platform for 10 days at renter’s request, who continued to drive as per tolls. Rep updated platform after I provided docs. COOP would not return calls.
