GBBe careful when things seem too good to… Be careful when things seem too good to be true. I’ve been in business since July 2020 I considered using Ryder since they’re a big company. I assume they would give me best deal. I became a bit skeptical and decided to go with a different dealer a few months later a friend of mine Decided to give them a try, literally drove the truck from Pennsylvania to Georgia, and the truck broke down. He had a hard time with the blown engine he received. This was in my thoughts When I had a big breakdown on my truck, and I considered using Ryder for a rental until my truck got fixed I decided to just take a much-needed break… fast forward to today. I did a quick google search for trailer rentals in my area. First thing pops up is these guys at first I didn’t see the Ryder name but even after I noticed it, I decided to give them a try. I filled out the form, requesting a trailer in my area and of course I got the approval emails and even a phone call from one of the very professional representatives within the next 30 minutes to an hour. Very prompt response. I’m thinking this is a go and I’ll use these guys anytime my truck breaks down. I asked the guy on average. How much would it be for a dry trailer the guy stated around $20 a day, so of course I had to check it out. Literally these people are trying to charge people $2000 a month for Trailer rental and you only can pull the trailer 250 miles daily. Of course passing the third grade I didn’t go for this and kept searching and ended up finding newer better trailers with unlimited miles On the Facebook marketplace between 500 and $800 …. I will be picking up one of those tomorrow… Now I’m at the end of my day, and I just received an email stating a very polite message that they monitored me as I went over the trailers. I looked at at wanted to know how they could help me further…. at this point, I’m curious what the reviews say of course on their website there’s a whole bunch of five star reviews probably written by the staff. All I can say is everything that glitters isn’t gold beware.

GBCOOP’s customer service is lacking In my file with COOP the owner of the truck I was using states that since i continued multiple rentals with his truck I was allowed to keep it on site. I was charged 2 different late fees and was never reimbursed. I have gone on to find more affordable trucks and the owner has pulled his trucks from the site because he wasn’t happy with the service. Plus it’s extremely difficult to get someone on.

GBMy experience overall has been great My experience overall has been great. Customer service is great and Artea Freeman is awesome! I only wished that Coop had more renters. There have months when my equipment was been not rented for weeks.

GBThis company is a joke This company is a joke. It’s a good business model but they are ripping off everyone. Why would you charge me for insurance when I have trailer interchange on my policy? Young owner operators listen to me. Don’t use Coop otherwise you’ll go broke. This Turo style rental ends up being too costly.
