DO NOT LEASE YOUR TRUCK TO THESE CLOWNS This is literally the worse business decision I have ever made. I had a lease truck from ryder that they convinced me to put through there Coop program. The renter of my truck fueled constantly at ryder locations, in which I was responsible for, then they get a 30day net to pay me back.. so I'm paying 1000s while the renter is Scott free... there collections SUCK.. my truck was returned 33 days ago and I am still fighting to get paid for 4 months ago owing momey and thee last month.. I am told by COOPS supervisors that I am lucky to be have been paid anything as they can't collect from the renter.. this has been the worse experience ever as a leasor... I do not recommend this to anyone and it seems as I'm gonna have to get an attorney involved to get the momey that is owed to me.. COOP is a complete joke and waste of time. Ryder won't do anything even thought they own coop because it's 2 different companies.. If you don't pay your ryder bill they come take the truck.. but coop owes you money good luck getting it.. it's a complete scam and joke of a company.

Be careful when things seem too good to… Be careful when things seem too good to be true. I’ve been in business since July 2020 I considered using Ryder since they’re a big company. I assume they would give me best deal. I became a bit skeptical and decided to go with a different dealer a few months later a friend of mine Decided to give them a try, literally drove the truck from Pennsylvania to Georgia, and the truck broke down. He had a hard time with the blown engine he received. This was in my thoughts When I had a big breakdown on my truck, and I considered using Ryder for a rental until my truck got fixed I decided to just take a much-needed break… fast forward to today. I did a quick google search for trailer rentals in my area. First thing pops up is these guys at first I didn’t see the Ryder name but even after I noticed it, I decided to give them a try. I filled out the form, requesting a trailer in my area and of course I got the approval emails and even a phone call from one of the very professional representatives within the next 30 minutes to an hour. Very prompt response. I’m thinking this is a go and I’ll use these guys anytime my truck breaks down. I asked the guy on average. How much would it be for a dry trailer the guy stated around $20 a day, so of course I had to check it out. Literally these people are trying to charge people $2000 a month for Trailer rental and you only can pull the trailer 250 miles daily. Of course passing the third grade I didn’t go for this and kept searching and ended up finding newer better trailers with unlimited miles On the Facebook marketplace between 500 and $800 …. I will be picking up one of those tomorrow… Now I’m at the end of my day, and I just received an email stating a very polite message that they monitored me as I went over the trailers. I looked at at wanted to know how they could help me further…. at this point, I’m curious what the reviews say of course on their website there’s a whole bunch of five star reviews probably written by the staff. All I can say is everything that glitters isn’t gold beware.
