USfar better experience than I thought it… far better experience than I thought it would be. I'm just more concern with the maintenance on the vehicle at my expense if the truck breaks. Overall I would recommend Coop. The payout was quick and the response & communicate is professional for it to be my first trip I was pleased.

USI really liked the personal contact… I really liked the personal contact with Anthony. After contacting the owner I asked could I pick it up earlier and he agreed so Anthony adjusted my contract dates.

USCOOP’s customer service is lacking In my file with COOP the owner of the truck I was using states that since i continued multiple rentals with his truck I was allowed to keep it on site. I was charged 2 different late fees and was never reimbursed. I have gone on to find more affordable trucks and the owner has pulled his trucks from the site because he wasn’t happy with the service. Plus it’s extremely difficult to get someone on.

USI had in great experience from the very… I had in great experience from the very start everyone was nice and helpful, everything went smooth they help me find in rental at in reasonably price from in 5star owner. I will definitely use them for rental again.

USThis company is a joke This company is a joke. It’s a good business model but they are ripping off everyone. Why would you charge me for insurance when I have trailer interchange on my policy? Young owner operators listen to me. Don’t use Coop otherwise you’ll go broke. This Turo style rental ends up being too costly.
