GBI made a complain (provided with… I made a complain (provided with pictures) and we never get response. Truck owner gave us half loaded truck (we realized when we arrive to warehouse) and we couldn't load and bring our goods to warehouse because of truck owner mistake. We asked refund but also no reply. It was terrible experience for us.

GBCOOP’s customer service is lacking In my file with COOP the owner of the truck I was using states that since i continued multiple rentals with his truck I was allowed to keep it on site. I was charged 2 different late fees and was never reimbursed. I have gone on to find more affordable trucks and the owner has pulled his trucks from the site because he wasn’t happy with the service. Plus it’s extremely difficult to get someone on.

GBMy unit was held hostage My unit was held hostage. Renter returned when he felt like it. I was told late fees was captured and we would be compensated for the inconvenience. Coop took it upon themselves to extend reservation without my consent and will not release that late fees they assured me they captured. Worst experience ever. I will no longer recommend this platform
