GBMy worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

Went over the car better than the owner manual. Paperwork, missed forms / e-signatures - backup insurance - Not used to that in a dealership but I'll trade that hassle for the 7-day test drive and time to let my mechanic go over the vehicle

GBNot so friendly The test drive route offered by the dealership wasn't very diverse. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to test the car on different road types

GBI could not have asked for a better… I could not have asked for a better experience! The first vehicle I wanted fell through due to a titling issue but Tom D worked on getting me a different car of the same model incredibly quickly! A smooth sailing process from beginning to end.
