Love the car but felt that the service… Love the car but felt that the service could have been better. Lots of confusion regarding immediate repairs that needed to be done. Transfer of title from old car completely BOTCHED. After waiting more than 60 days, I received a new tag instead of the registration to transfer my tag resulting in more cost to get the situation rectified.

Went over the car better than the owner manual. Paperwork, missed forms / e-signatures - backup insurance - Not used to that in a dealership but I'll trade that hassle for the 7-day test drive and time to let my mechanic go over the vehicle

My worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.
