The car was clean and in great condition with all accessories included. Purchase and delivery were swift. The paperwork took some time and required me calling customer service a few times but they were all very efficient and courteous. Very happy with my purchase overall.

The only thing I can say I am neutral on is that the car is driven to me, and that means milage is added, but on finance agreement state the mileage I bought the car, not milage that was added when driven to me. no one answered back to me if that get reimbursed or not

GettaCar Experience From start to the very end first online purchase GettaCar met my expectations, there were a few setbacks along the way trying to get me in a vehicle I personally would love. I am not a settler for anything so…Thomas my representative has outdone himself to satisfy my desire need. Well done!!!! Traded in my 2019 Kia Sportage and downgraded into a 2018 Toyota CHR XLE premium crossover I’m in love with…I liked my Kia it was great at the time, but longevity and financial health won me.
