GBSmooth experience from the first phone… Smooth experience from the first phone call to the car delivery! We are very happy with our car. Gettacar is a great option for those of us who’d rather not spend all day at a dealership. We had “reserved” a car using another car-buying app and had been waiting for that car to be available to look at for several weeks. We ended up canceling that reservation and going with Gettacar. The whole process took less than a week (from finding a car to having it delivered to our door). The team was accessible and did their job very well.

Paperwork, missed forms / e-signatures - backup insurance - Not used to that in a dealership but I'll trade that hassle for the 7-day test drive and time to let my mechanic go over the vehicle

GBBest dealership experience I ever… Best dealership experience I ever experienced. Super easy and convenient process. Got my car in less than four days. Terri Garcia was terrific, and Thank you, Thomas, for bringing my car to me in perfect condition. The only thing I can say I am neutral on is that the car is driven to me, and that means milage is added, but on finance agreement state the mileage I bought the car, not milage that was added when driven to me. no one answered back to me if that get reimbursed or not

GBI would definitely recommend Gettacar I would definitely recommend Gettacar. They’re amazing, flawless experience, no haggling, everything is transparent. Truly a remarkable car buying experience, not going back to dealer anymore. Kudos to Terri Garcia, my customer advisor really did a great job helping me lowered my APR, the best. GBMy worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.
