GBGreat Service I initially contacted gettacar around March 2020 and Thomas was very helpful. Unfortunately, due to the covid situation, I had to put my purchase on hold. When I called back a year later, he remembered our previous interaction, and again was helpful in making the sale. It was a very easy process, and I am very happy with the level of service. GBSmooth experience from the first phone… Smooth experience from the first phone call to the car delivery! We are very happy with our car. Gettacar is a great option for those of us who’d rather not spend all day at a dealership. We had “reserved” a car using another car-buying app and had been waiting for that car to be available to look at for several weeks. We ended up canceling that reservation and going with Gettacar. The whole process took less than a week (from finding a car to having it delivered to our door). The team was accessible and did their job very well.

GBBuying experience was relatively good Buying experience was very good. Good communication and vehicle as described although it needed a thorough detailing. Post purchased customer service hasn’t been great. Repeated voicemails and emails go to unanswered. If you are lucky enough to get someone live on the phone when calling, they do seem relatively competent enough.
