GettaCar Experience From start to the very end first online purchase GettaCar met my expectations, there were a few setbacks along the way trying to get me in a vehicle I personally would love. I am not a settler for anything so…Thomas my representative has outdone himself to satisfy my desire need. Well done!!!! Traded in my 2019 Kia Sportage and downgraded into a 2018 Toyota CHR XLE premium crossover I’m in love with…I liked my Kia it was great at the time, but longevity and financial health won me. Blessings are capable for what we pray for.

Great Service I initially contacted gettacar around March 2020 and Thomas was very helpful. Unfortunately, due to the covid situation, I had to put my purchase on hold. When I called back a year later, he remembered our previous interaction, and again was helpful in making the sale. It was a very easy process, and I am very happy with the level of service. Best and Easiest Car buying experience! Gettacar made both mine and my fiancés car buying experience so simple and quick! We cannot recommend them enough. Such a great car buying experience. We picked our cars, filled out the application and had them delivered within a week. If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of hours at a car dealership this is the way to go! A special thanks to our sales rep Steve Mantione who had incredible communication and made the experience as simple as possible for both of us.

My worst fear of buying online was true Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

Not so friendly The test drive route offered by the dealership wasn't very diverse. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to test the car on different road types
