GBNo junk fees and free delivery! I love the fact that Nowcar.com does not charge all the junk fees that most other dealerships do and delivery is free! I am also happy that I was able to purchase my 2023 Kia K5 slightly under MSRP when all the other dealerships in my area wanted anywhere between $1000 all the way up to $10,000 above MSRP. The best part of all is being able to complete this deal from the comfort of my own home instead of spending hours at a dealership trying to negotiate a good deal. Nathaly is who helped me throughout the whole process, and she was great. So, to anyone who is skeptical or hesitant to give now car a try as I was in the beginning, I will say, Don't be. I got a great deal with a very easy and pain-free buying process.

NowCar offered me a good price on that car with my specific preferences. Because a car with my preferences was not in stock, they also gave me the option of buying a different car (e.g., different color, different options, etc.). GBAmazing customer service from all… Amazing customer service from all involved especially Nathaly. Everything was conducted over email with the exception of finalizing car delivery. Prices were honest and up front. There were some small hiccups with titling but those were established promptly and without headaches. I HIGHLY recommend nowcar. I was concerned about buying a vehicle site unseen. This has really changed the way I look at buying a vehicle.

GBNowCar was excellent! I found out about NowCar on a Kia Telluride car site. I checked into it, put my name in with NowCar's Nathaly customer service rep. We had several email exchanges and she explained the process of buying my Telluride. The entire process went very smoothly and I am now a very happy Telluride owner and satisfied NowCar customer!
