During these troubling times During these troubling times, it's challenging to find the most basic needs. Dealerships have never been my favorite place to visit. Before I discovered NowCar, I was frustrated and disgusted with the overcharges and games that dealerships are now playing. I have always been skeptical about online car websites. Nathaly, from NowCar, was truly amazing. She found the car I wanted for my daughter, sent me pictures, emailed me a quote and she even included different options for financing. Also there were, NO DEALER FEES or any up charges! What a great experience. What a pleasure to deal with an honest, caring person.

Software flaky enough to give me pause I tried to create my account to order a vehicle. But I kept getting an internal server error. After two days I heard from Customer Support who offered to help. The conclusion was they had a software bug with IOS users. When I retried the configuration from a Windows device I never received the email. The response? Check junk/spam or use an alternative email. You have to be kidding. Trying to work with a dealer is less frustrating.

No junk fees and free delivery! I love the fact that Nowcar.com does not charge all the junk fees that most other dealerships do and delivery is free! I am also happy that I was able to purchase my 2023 Kia K5 slightly under MSRP when all the other dealerships in my area wanted anywhere between $1000 all the way up to $10,000 above MSRP. The best part of all is being able to complete this deal from the comfort of my own home instead of spending hours at a dealership trying to negotiate a good deal.
