No junk fees and free delivery! I love the fact that Nowcar.com does not charge all the junk fees that most other dealerships do and delivery is free! I am also happy that I was able to purchase my 2023 Kia K5 slightly under MSRP when all the other dealerships in my area wanted anywhere between $1000 all the way up to $10,000 above MSRP. The best part of all is being able to complete this deal from the comfort of my own home instead of spending hours at a dealership trying to negotiate a good deal. Nathaly is who helped me throughout the whole process, and she was great. So, to anyone who is skeptical or hesitant to give now car a try as I was in the beginning, I will say, Don't be. I believe all of these 5 star reviews… I believe all of these 5 star reviews are coming from an employee, or someone who has never tried to get a car from these guys . We recently have went through about 8 week process and our order just seemed to go no where ? After calling and emailing almost daily . Every week they would tell us your order will be picked up Thursday from our Chevy guy? But this never happened. This might not be 100% scam but it’s definitely not customer service that I would expect. do some research!

I didn't have to spend hours in a dealership and was able to take care of it all on my own time. Staff was quick to respond and always knowledgeable and courteous.
