They responded quickly to my questions and the whole process went better that I expected. The day of pick up was smooth and I got my check the same day. The diver who came to get my car was friendly and explained everything he was doing right up to the point he loaded up my vehicle and drove away. I’m going to be contacting Sell My Car Online again for another vehicle that I need to get rid of. I would definitely recommend them.

check made out to wrong person... removal of the car went fine-payment took two weeks to be delivered (not the fault of SMCO) but the check was made out in my mothers name, who had held the title before I bought the car from her in 2016. She's not exactly trustworthy so I'm simply never seeing that money again. kicking myself but for all the time I waited and calling twice, I wish someone had asked who on earth the check should even be made out to.

Total time spent to sell and remove car - 1 hour Submitted the details of my old car through the online portal, accepted the offer. Total time about 15 minutes. Because it was a Sunday I didn't call to schedule the pickup and before I could, they called me and were here in less than 35 minutes. Total time on the entire transaction was about an hour. Took me longer to grab the title, keys and ID so they could pay me and haul it away.
