Best service EVER! I search several online used car buyers, and Sell My Car Online offered by far the best price. Even more, the process was easier than I imagined. I requested a quote on Friday and was able to get my car picked the following Monday. I even received detailed instructions on how to prepare my title. When the towing company came, it took less than five minutes to hook up my car and receive the check from the tow driver. Best service EVER!

I am so disappointed that I even tried… I am so disappointed that I even tried to use this method to sell my car. At first I got a reasonable offer, but it never happened. No body even tried to contact me or even attempt to come pick up my vehicle. ITS A BIG JOKE.... I DONOT recommend this to anyone serious about trying to sell their car.

Okay I ran into a few problems and feel… Okay I ran into a few problems and feel like I got gypped .One, the offer I claimed online changed at pick up, even though my car was a nice running not even a junk car I got way less than I claimed on the offer because I replaced the catalytic converter which is bull because I’m junking the car not really reselling the car which I’m sure they are going to end up selling or keeping for themselves ,I should have kept it and sold it privately. Although the guy that picked up my car was nice I couldn’t understand a word he was saying he spoke pretty much zero English so it made my experience kinda awkward. But my biggest issue is if you give an offer and someone claims an offer you need to stick that offer. I feel like I’m owed the rest of my orginal offer.

check made out to wrong person... removal of the car went fine-payment took two weeks to be delivered (not the fault of SMCO) but the check was made out in my mothers name, who had held the title before I bought the car from her in 2016. She's not exactly trustworthy so I'm simply never seeing that money again. kicking myself but for all the time I waited and calling twice, I wish someone had asked who on earth the check should even be made out to.

Simple Simple. Got cash. Gave them the title. Just follow up with DMV. You send your license plates and ownership transfer form to DMV.
