Easy process, but the quotes don't seem to be accurate The process overall was very simple. Did the quote, someone contacted to schedule pick up, and they showed up. However, I read a lot of reviews saying they did not receive the full amount they were quoted on the website and that happened to me as well. I was transparent about what was wrong with the car and then the person assigned to pick up my vehicle asked further questions, called his boss, and told me they could only offer me a significant amount lower than I was quoted. Personally I was looking for an easy way to get rid of my car so I went ahead with it despite the lower price, but just be wary. If you are looking to get the full amount you deserve for your vehicle, I'd say go elsewhere.

Because it was a Sunday I didn't call to schedule the pickup and before I could, they called me and were here in less than 35 minutes. Total time on the entire transaction was about an hour. Took me longer to grab the title, keys and ID so they could pay me and haul it away.
