Okay I ran into a few problems and feel… Okay I ran into a few problems and feel like I got gypped .One, the offer I claimed online changed at pick up, even though my car was a nice running not even a junk car I got way less than I claimed on the offer because I replaced the catalytic converter which is bull because I’m junking the car not really reselling the car which I’m sure they are going to end up selling or keeping for themselves ,I should have kept it and sold it privately. Although the guy that picked up my car was nice I couldn’t understand a word he was saying he spoke pretty much zero English so it made my experience kinda awkward. But my biggest issue is if you give an offer and someone claims an offer you need to stick that offer. I feel like I’m owed the rest of my orginal offer.

This was the easiest thing I've ever… This was the easiest thing I've ever done! I was kept informed of everything that was going on, when the driver was on his way etc. I was a little anxious at first, but everything went so smooth and easy.

Better prices and better experience! They offer better prices than any other company of their type for our area. They’re very professional and in my experience very courteous. Also in my experiences with this company the drivers they send for pickup are also very professional and courteous. I’ll use them in the future pickups/sales and will also recommend them to anyone else as well!
