The salesman Abdul Ahad was extremely… The salesman Abdul Ahad was extremely cordial and easy to work with. We haven't had anyone work with us with such a straight forward attitude. We gave him our price and he came back with it and we were done. It was such a great experience and we were left wondering why we didn't come here sooner. Please employ more people like Mr. Abdul.

I purchased a car from Rick Case Honda I purchased a car from Rick Case Honda, the customer service is the best! My sales associate Cheri Villegas was extremely helpful and I feel she went above and beyond. The finance manager, Howard Moss was extremely helpful as well! I highly recommend them both!

I went to the dealership to get a oil change do a fix I went to the dealership to get a service by Conmar. He was amazing. I needed to fix the splash protector of my car and he took care of my car. He went as far as showing me the damage and I was well informed of how to prevent any future problems. The mechanic that was there, mr.woodstock, was very helpful as well. Both very professional and thorough with all inspections. Great experience, will definitely going back to request them again!

Rick Case Honda Just out for money Rick Case sales person's just care about a sale. They will push you into bad deals.... make sure you read over everything BEFORE accepting any offers and do not take the word of the sales person or finance manager. The finance manager will rush you to sign, flipping the papers so you can barely read what you are signing off on. They are a big dealership with predatory practices. Edit: I emailed Marc Riley 12/9 awaiting his response Edit: 12/16 Marc never responded I will assume this is just an automated response to make people think they are working to rectifying the issues and they are not

Karen was excellent Karen was excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way and was understanding when I told her I needed to hold off on some servicing due to finances. I truly appreciated her not being pushy. She even helped quote me for services so I could make future plans and budget myself. Service was much faster than I imagined it would. The only con from my experience was the overall price of the servicing. It was much more expensive than I imagined it would be, but I’ll be better prepared next time.
