Team work at Rick Case! We researched online first, and with the help of Janet Rivera, who took the time to explain certain details via email, we asked her to schedule an appointment. Once we got to Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was very patient and helpful. Finally, the Finance individual, Darío, was very kind. We particularly liked that at no point we were pressured into paying more or buying a more expensive vehicle. As long as the staff continues to appreciate their repeat customers, like us, we will keep coming back. : )

Rick Case VW Albert Estevez, one of the VW finance guys, is a little slimy snake. He tried convincing me that my car had less warranty than it actually has. When I wouldn't purchase it, he then proceeded to add a $700 charge in my finance agreement thinking I would not notice it. Then he lied and said if I removed it, my monthly payment would go up....just a pathetic slimy little man. I'm sure he has conned many unsuspecting hardworking folks out of their hard earned money.

My sales associate Cheri Villegas was extremely helpful and I feel she went above and beyond. The finance manager, Howard Moss was extremely helpful as well! I highly recommend them both!

This is the second time we buy a new… This is the second time we buy a new car. We where in the area several months ago to see CRVs . We where back in the area Saturday evening and decided to stop back in. Our salesman Pedro Oslan was awesome took the time to show us many CRVs . It was around 7:45 pm - 9pm and we had not eaten dinner he was very concerned and found us snacks and went above and beyond to get us donuts, that’s was amazing we where very impressed. The finance manager Eduardo Beato was so very mice and down to earth he made the experience great. We will return in the future to purchase another car, the experience here was fantastic and would recommend the dealer to friends and family.
