Rick Case Honda Just out for money Rick Case sales person's just care about a sale. They will push you into bad deals.... make sure you read over everything BEFORE accepting any offers and do not take the word of the sales person or finance manager. The finance manager will rush you to sign, flipping the papers so you can barely read what you are signing off on. They are a big dealership with predatory practices. Waste of time If your looking to waste your time then this the dealership to buy a new VW. I went to the VW website looking for a specific Atlas Sport where the website showed they had 2 vehicles matching my search. I called to confirm that they still had the vehicle available and was told they did. I drove from Miami in the rain walked in the showroom then introduced to a salesman that had me walk through 3 floors of inventory to be told they didn't have the vehicle. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. I was just treated to an atempt of bait and switch. If your looking to buy a VW don't waste your time at Rick Case.

Team work at Rick Case! We researched online first, and with the help of Janet Rivera, who took the time to explain certain details via email, we asked her to schedule an appointment. Once we got to Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was very patient and helpful. Finally, the Finance individual, Darío, was very kind. We particularly liked that at no point we were pressured into paying more or buying a more expensive vehicle. As long as the staff continues to appreciate their repeat customers, like us, we will keep coming back. : )
