GBCar wasn’t even sanitized.... Car wasn’t even sanitized..... waited 20 mins to talk someone appointment was at 9:40 didn’t see someone till ten something saw ten guys standing around tho didn’t even do a complementary wash n vacuum worst severvice ever can’t lie!

My sales associate Cheri Villegas was extremely helpful and I feel she went above and beyond. The finance manager, Howard Moss was extremely helpful as well! I highly recommend them both!

GBTeam work at Rick Case! We researched online first, and with the help of Janet Rivera, who took the time to explain certain details via email, we asked her to schedule an appointment. Once we got to Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was very patient and helpful. Finally, the Finance individual, Darío, was very kind. We particularly liked that at no point we were pressured into paying more or buying a more expensive vehicle. As long as the staff continues to appreciate their repeat customers, like us, we will keep coming back. : )

GBKaren was excellent Karen was excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way and was understanding when I told her I needed to hold off on some servicing due to finances. I truly appreciated her not being pushy. She even helped quote me for services so I could make future plans and budget myself. Service was much faster than I imagined it would. The only con from my experience was the overall price of the servicing. It was much more expensive than I imagined it would be, but I’ll be better prepared next time.
