Communication was a little sketchy at… Communication was a little sketchy at first because of a third party and having to coordinate the pick up after crossing the Mexican border. In the end the shipment was picked up on time and actually delivered ahead of schedule! I was impressed! To my knowledge there was no damage. I worked with Matt Todd throughout the whole sales process. He did a great job guiding me through the process and was easy to work with. Leland Hucke took it from there and followed through with the scheduled pick up. Thank You, Tom Acquilano

We are in the process of moving our… We are in the process of moving our company and will be using 12 - 15 trailer loads to move. Overall experience has been positive but one trailer was several hours past the window that we had provided. It worked out in the end as the driver worked with us around our schedule

It is my understanding that the driver… It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided. Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays

Worst shipping company ever Worst shipping company ever Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs So deliver of my package was delayed two days now
