Had a couple incidents where communications weren't as ideal as they could be - waiting for BOL, BOL corrections, and estimated pick up window - but things have gotten better since then and that only happened a couple times out of the dozens of shipments we've made w/ Henry Logistics.

Tom did a great job working with me to line up the details for the pickup and delivery. Delivery arrived very promptly, and the driver they sourced was squared away and very helpful as well. We didn't realize it was contracted by… We didn't realize it was contracted by another company. We contacted YRC. They did not make the first scheduled pick up due to a stop by highway patrol for noncompliance and it had to be rescheduled which cost us another day of hiring crane to load it. Then we requested tarps but the driver said that was not relayed to them.
