The HNRY Acct Rep immediately… The HNRY Acct Rep immediately understood our LTL needs and requirements and created a plan to deliver to 2 destinations that had been very problematic with past freight carriers... All HNRY personnel involved provided follow-up and info throughout the process from pick up to delivery... We will definitely use HNRY again in the future... President,Fuzzy Logic tm...

It is my understanding that the driver… It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided. Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays

We are in the process of moving our… We are in the process of moving our company and will be using 12 - 15 trailer loads to move. Overall experience has been positive but one trailer was several hours past the window that we had provided. It worked out in the end as the driver worked with us around our schedule

Customer service Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.

PICK UP I had HNRY Logistics pick up a very expensive piece of equipment in the US and deliver to us in Canada. This was an oversized load, and the truck had to follow specific instructions from our vendor which HNRY did. From pick up to delivery at our site everything was great. JD was a big help and did exactly what he said he would do. A real pleasure to work with. Thank you
