Customer service Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.

Hired a team of drivers to deliver… Hired a team of drivers to deliver overnight for arrival on a Friday, having left on a Thursday. Drivers did not show up until the following Monday and your place of business had the audacity to charge us for an overnight shipment. Absolutely unacceptable....................

We didn't realize it was contracted by… We didn't realize it was contracted by another company. We contacted YRC. They did not make the first scheduled pick up due to a stop by highway patrol for noncompliance and it had to be rescheduled which cost us another day of hiring crane to load it. Then we requested tarps but the driver said that was not relayed to them.

This company is horrible This company is horrible. I was supposed to have delivery tomorrow after item has been sitting in their warehouse since march 29. These jerks barely told me that delivery canceled for tomorrow. Now I don’t get delivery till May 2nd. Based on other reviews I probably won’t get delivery May 2nd. I’ll charge back my purchase if I don’t receive by May 2nd.

We had a complex pickup We had a complex pickup, trailer drop job to be done. Had a driver cancel last minute during a critical point but our rep was able to find a new truck and the delivery was made faster than we expected.
