GBLATE, POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

GBCustomer service Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.
