HNRY Logistics came through with a full… HNRY Logistics came through with a full flatbed on less than 24 hours notice when our original company did not show up. They were professional, and the load arrived on time and our customer was happy.

Had a couple incidents where communications weren't as ideal as they could be - waiting for BOL, BOL corrections, and estimated pick up window - but things have gotten better since then and that only happened a couple times out of the dozens of shipments we've made w/ Henry Logistics.

LATE, POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

Made It Happen Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact! Thanks HNRY
