GBIt is my understanding that the driver… It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided. Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays

GBThis company is horrible This company is horrible. I was supposed to have delivery tomorrow after item has been sitting in their warehouse since march 29. These jerks barely told me that delivery canceled for tomorrow. Now I don’t get delivery till May 2nd. Based on other reviews I probably won’t get delivery May 2nd. I’ll charge back my purchase if I don’t receive by May 2nd.

AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.
