GBDon't do business with Allcars Allcars gave me an amazing offer over the phone prior to the vehicle inspection. The inspection occurred a couple of days later, and the assessor provided no feedback to me at that time. When I finally received his report, he claimed that my vehicle had an oil leak (not true) and a check engine light on (also not true). The final offer was thousands of dollars less than the initial offer. You would think that he would have discussed those "major" issues with me during his inspection, but he didn't since there were no major issues. These deceptive practices need to stop.

GBDon't trust an online offer to purchase from Allcars.com They made an online offer to purchase my car and then ghosted me for three days after I left messages and emails. I finally got someone to answer the phone and they reneged on the offer and left me hanging with two other competing companies. They told me my car had too many miles, but they knew the mileage when they made me an offer.

GBCar sales made easy I had a very good experience recently working with Vinny from Marina Auto Group in Webster. I was selling my car online. Vinny contacted me and was very professional. He worked with me on the pricing and even arranged to come to my home to see the car. Between work and a recent surgery driving to Webster would have been difficult for me. Vinny was very efficient and the whole transaction was completed within a short time. I would definitely recommend Vinny and the Marina Auto Group dealership based on this experience. Have to give him five stars.

GBAllcars.com deserves your time and attention The response from Allcars.com was quite fast. I dealt with Jim, and he was a true professional. He scheduled an at-home inspection of my car, and the inspection was also done quickly and thoroughly. Once they reviewed everything, the transaction was completed to my satisfaction. Overall, I was quite impressed and pleased with my experience with Allcars.com, and would not hesitate to use their service again in the future.

GBPrompt and painless It's hard to believe that the experience of selling my car was so painless. Jim explained all the steps involved and answered all my questions promptly. His final offer was better than all the other potential buyers. The dealer offered me $6,000 for a trade-in. All cars paid me $9,500. Two other potential buyers were somewhere in between. The check arrived overnight and the car was picked up the next day!
