Don't trust an online offer to purchase from Allcars.com They made an online offer to purchase my car and then ghosted me for three days after I left messages and emails. I finally got someone to answer the phone and they reneged on the offer and left me hanging with two other competing companies. They told me my car had too many miles, but they knew the mileage when they made me an offer.

The inspection occurred a couple of days later, and the assessor provided no feedback to me at that time. When I finally received his report, he claimed that my vehicle had an oil leak (not true) and a check engine light on (also not true). The final offer was thousands of dollars less than the initial offer. You would think that he would have discussed those "major" issues with me during his inspection, but he didn't since there were no major issues. These deceptive practices need to stop.

Ask For Vinny! Whether buying or selling a car: I highly recommend this dealership, but what stood out for me is sales member Vinny Asito . . . he is great to work with! From first contact to close-of-deal, he was attentive, informative, proactive and polite. I forgot a document needed for the sale, he drove out to my home and picked it up so I would not have to go all the way back. Now THAT is service!
