Anyone who has an issue with them, my advice, just do your research first. This way you can avoid a lot of headache and disappointment. You have better options If you are needing an authorized Copart broker, pick someone else, ANYONE else (of course do your homework). My order number was b-224084 and the experience was, simply put, awful. Communication is terrible (unless they want money and then, guess what!? They can communicate! It's a miracle.) The run around and charges and sur-charges and such... ridiculous. You have better options, just do your research.
