Overall very good Overall very good. Not many platforms offer such a choice of RVs, here you are not limited to specific makes or models, so there's something for everyone. Pricing is good, auctions go transparently, no hidden fees. The delivery was ok.

Marvelous experience Never expected such customer service - helpful, patient and really know the platform. I had a number of questions when placing my 1st bid and when expecting the delivery, the team definitely went through. Can mark this experience as top positive.

I have been working with A Better Bid… I have been working with A Better Bid since a year ago! They are very negotiable, as our country's import policies are complex, they can support all types of my requirements as I requested! The Third is the trust, believe me you can trust 100% to that company! I recommend A Better Bid. 5 Stars ...

Shipping Scam This is the only company that requires you to use their shipping and their shipping costs about double what load board spot rates are. You can choose not to use their shipping but then you have to send them a lot of documentation that you will never have access to because you have no legal way to access to them outside the industry. If you're in the industry it can take days to weeks and by then you're paying $30/day for storage. Not only that. A Better Bid can never be party to the contracts and policies they require from your 3rd party shipper. They have zero legal jurisdiction to require them. They will point to their contract with CoPart but you can't read this contract and you're not party to that contract. You are not bound by it. No other broker has these requirements and if they do, their shipping is more in line with actual industry rates.

Upsold to a membership to save on their fees Upsold to a membership to save on their purchase fee for a winning bid. The seller refused my winning bid and re-listed the car for more. I asked abetterbid to contact seller and offer the old "buy now" price as the seller had raised it by $1000. They said they could not do that even though copart the auction house offers this option. I ended up having to use a competing service autobidmaster.com they successfully did what I asked and I got the car i was trying to buy. When I contacted abetterbid to ask for refund of the $200 membership as they failed to do the service i requested (only 3 hrs after I paid) they refused saying memberships were not refundable even though they failed to do the service.
