So far, So good! We just bought a new camper with this company. I have 3 stars for right now because everything has gone smoothly so far. We are picking it up next week and from there I will update my experience accordingly.

I like my new car Got the car I was chasing for quite some time at a great price, still, the shipping could have been better. I will definitely use their shipping service next time to avoid unnecessary stress. The customer service and title department were a bit slow in communication, I had to reach out a few times to get updates. All in all, I received the vehicle shortly and I am very satisfied with it. Overall very good Overall very good. Not many platforms offer such a choice of RVs, here you are not limited to specific makes or models, so there's something for everyone. Pricing is good, auctions go transparently, no hidden fees. The delivery was ok.

Shipping Scam This is the only company that requires you to use their shipping and their shipping costs about double what load board spot rates are. You can choose not to use their shipping but then you have to send them a lot of documentation that you will never have access to because you have no legal way to access to them outside the industry. If you're in the industry it can take days to weeks and by then you're paying $30/day for storage. Not only that. A Better Bid can never be party to the contracts and policies they require from your 3rd party shipper. They have zero legal jurisdiction to require them. They will point to their contract with CoPart but you can't read this contract and you're not party to that contract. You are not bound by it. No other broker has these requirements and if they do, their shipping is more in line with actual industry rates.

You have better options If you are needing an authorized Copart broker, pick someone else, ANYONE else (of course do your homework). My order number was b-224084 and the experience was, simply put, awful. Communication is terrible (unless they want money and then, guess what!? They can communicate! It's a miracle.) The run around and charges and sur-charges and such... ridiculous. You have better options, just do your research.
