GBSuch a great company Such a great company. Buying a car from an auction seemed like a real gamble but I am glad I went through with this. Anyone who has an issue with them, my advice, just do your research first. This way you can avoid a lot of headache and disappointment. Separate thank you to all their employees for being so straightforward and helpful.

GBYou have better options If you are needing an authorized Copart broker, pick someone else, ANYONE else (of course do your homework). My order number was b-224084 and the experience was, simply put, awful. Communication is terrible (unless they want money and then, guess what!? They can communicate! It's a miracle.) The run around and charges and sur-charges and such... ridiculous. You have better options, just do your research.

GBWorst online car dealer to ever work… Worst online car dealer to ever work with! They will take all of your money and you will get worst customer service and client support ever! They will never work with you and will never advocate in your behalf. They place photoshopped pictures on their website so you think you're buying good car in a good shape. Instead they sell you junk cars.

GBGreat experience You have to read all their requirements. I have bought 2 cars through them now and everything went as smooth as I could have asked. Questions were answered within 10 minutes of emailing. I will use them again in the future.

GBTerrible At the time of this posting... UPDATE: 3/27/24 After several calls, texts, & emails, confirmation was given for the successful delivery of the Porsche. It should have been a simple process and the original commitment should have been executed. Still awaiting paperwork...will see if is accurate or needs editing. Right now 3 stars with room to improve. I will consider bidding with this broker again. [END] At the time of this posting, the auction went fine for a 2000 Porsche, although their computer systems sent mixed emails on the "BUY IT NOW". This was rectified. They confirmed the BID, they provided a shipping amount to the destination in California and then proceeded to arrange the shipment to my home address in Yellowstone WY. Everything has been documented and committed by them twice, and the transporter. Three days later they call me and tell me it will be delivered to Yellowstone WY, not CA as was agreed. They want more $$. This is currently happening.... I will update as things progress.
