GBSelling poor quality tools at mid range… Selling poor quality tools at mid range prices. After a failure with the tool due to it not bring fit for purpose I contacted them to have it replaced under warranty I was then told I must contact the manufacturer my self as the only sell them. After 6 weeks back and forward between them and the manufacturer the tool was returned and found to have manufacturer defects hence why it failed then the tool academy tried to bill me another 80£ for parts ontop of the 320£ I paid for the tool. What I found out fro. The manufacturer the tool academy by out of the warranty to get tools cheaper so they would be required to fit the bill hence why it was dragged out and attempted to recharge my self for parts. But it gets better. Eventually they agreed to have it repaired under warranty I was then told they don't know if it will arrive back repaired of the parts to repair it will be in the box. After it arrived repaired its still unusable due to the extreme end float on the gears its unsafe for purpose. However after another 30 odd emails to them they just point blank refuse to do anything tbe biggest problem is there selling tools to the trade who use them daily when in fact they will argue with you till there blind in the face about items they don't even know what there purpose or use is they are mearly sales people not engineers but like I say argue about things they know nothing about its actually laughable some there replies but a good laugh reading if anything. Stay well well clear spend a little more on good products they sell cheap for a reason but once cry once as the saying goes now I am left with a tool that's only use now is a door stop but a expensive one at that.

GBWhat a great service I received What a great service I received. I purchased from their EBay shop because they were selling a Wera torque wrench 20% cheaper than anyone else. They posted my tool instantly and I received it next day. The tool was bubble wrapped and in mint condition. Thank you so much tool academy 😎👍

GBItem as described and well packed Item as described and well packed. Pricing usually competitive against other suppliers - it's not the principle, it's the money. Let down however by limited communication in that I received nothing after the order acknowledgement. A small but important oversight that impacts on work planning etc. Otherwise, speedy delivery given the potential for disruption. O/N 16885/091022/56

GBOrdered two Sealey car jacks Ordered two Sealey car jacks via EBay. One arrived on time, the other did not. Turns out they forgot to send it ! Damaged on arrival through no fault of the courier as outer packaging not damaged but product box very damaged. Asked for a replacement and was told to claim from the manufacturer under the warranty. Reminded them of Consumer Rights Act and was told a manager would call me back. She never did ! Trading Standards, Sealey and Courier advised. Only person who tried to make up for the incompetence of his colleagues and showed any resemblance of customer service was Kyle. Perhaps he should be the manager ?
