Let down however by limited communication in that I received nothing after the order acknowledgement. Bullies I placed an order here via the internet and somehow they managed to send me the wrong item. I get that we’re only humans and that we all make mistakes but the tool academy are being very difficult at resolving this issue. They are now refusing to assist with the return, which is caused by their mess up …

Absolute joke Absolute joke. Ordered a tool from this company, the tool didn't arrive, on the royal mail track and trace website it showed as delivered but it wasnt.. my CCTV confirmed this. Contacted them and they could not care less. "Contact ebay" go away basically! It's not about the money it's the principle. They could not care less. I was going to order a few more tools and spend a lot more money, but I wont now. I'll go somewhere else. 0% customer service. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know.. not good.

Guys at tool academy are the example of… Guys at tool academy are the example of good business practice in my opinion. Whether you need help, want to complaint or have an issues they are always there to support you. Not always the cheapest but well worth the cost!
