MY MOTOR & GEARBOX ALMOST COMPLETELY FELL OUT OF THE CAR THEY SOLD ME I bought a used peugeot from smile autos whom operate from within car city in minchinbury nsw , before I bought the car the dealer installed a new clutch & I went over a speed bump about 7 weeks after I bought it & the motor & gearbox almost fell out of the car because the mechanic that fitted the clutch didn't put the nut on the gearbox mount , when the motor dropped it damaged the radiator & drive shaft was torn apart at the cv joint & flung around the engine bay destroying the drive shaft , I contacted the dealer & he said it's not his problem & told me to pis off then he hung up the phone on me , DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR CAR CITY ESPECIALLY SMILE AUTOS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE IS DODGY , THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE,

THEY KNOW HOW LEGITIMIZE THE SCAMS THEIR DOING SO POLICE CANNOT DO ANYTHING OR THE COURTS

My experience was neither great nor… My experience was neither great nor awful. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant but made me feel rushed and like they did not have the time to answer questions fully or appropriately. I had asked for a couple small things to be fixed before taking my car home and was told they did so but was disappointed to find whatever the short term fix they did lasted a day after driving off the lot.

Avoid Car City go to RIGHTWAY Just want to say Steve from Car City in Kalamazoo should go learn from Nick Wendell at Rightway on his people skills! Steve was very rude and disrespectful towards my husband! Right off the bat Nick made us feel like we came to the right place! Steve stated I wouldnt get in a new car for less than 600 a month with my credit and no more than a 1000 for the trade in on my car. Nick got me into a car with only 56000 miles on it for 450 a month with a 1250 trade in on my car! Keep up the great work Nick and know I'll be referring anyone who's looking for a car to you! Thanks again you guys rock at Rightway!
