Unknown to us on the collection day our kitten had crawled under the car and hidden in the car bonnet and traveled 50 miles away. Thanks to Dan Lock who found him the following day, safely captured and looked after him until we were called and collected him. Also thank you to the lovely lady who spoke with me over the phone. My partner collected our kitten and said how lovely all the staff were. Really kind decent human beings and we are truly grateful for you going the extra mile. Thank you
