GBHuge scam: They take your money and give no refunds Huge scam: •(Premium membership) Only biddable vehicles are totaled beyond repair. •Pay extra fee for a broker/buying agent which is financially incentivized to make you spend as much as possible, and doesn’t bid in your best interest. •Shill bidding: Driveable Vehicles sell for above MSRP, and then directly get relisted… If you watch the bidding an agent from Texas bids directly after everyone else’s bid. •Possibility that they see everyone’s max bid and run the prices up to their limits. After paying $650 for premium, I’m unable to bid on anything of value. Most vehicles that are less than 5 years old are insurance company sales, and bidding isn’t allowed. 1 hour after getting my account opened, I asked for refund. I’ve reached out to them 5 times so far, and haven’t heard anything back… Most people in sales and vehicle industry enjoy the game of taking advantage of other people; Copart doesn’t seem to be any different.

GBThe only positive thing about my… The only positive thing about my experience was they guy driving the pick up truck, he was lovely, other than that the communication from the staff here is insane. They aren’t interested when you ring with a query at all.

GBBEWARE! Coparts assume cars belong to them before asking the owner! When Coparts came to collect my husband's car after an accident, he left a brand new front panel inside, which he had bought to repair the car from a previous accident. He showed it to the person collecting the car, and he acknowledged its presence on the back seat. My husband had intended to see whether he could pay for the part to be fitted while the other bodywork was being carried out. Unfortunately, his car was 'written off' (seriously - the damage was no more than a deep scratch!) My husband insisted he wanted his car back and purchased it as 'salvage.' When it was returned, the brand new panel which was on the back seat, had gone. Also, the button in one of the headrests had been dug out. And Coparts mysteriously has no clue where they are! This is criminal - it's out and out theft.

Easy to collect ourselves and car promptly brought to us on arrival. Saved a lot of money. Also had written off car collected by copart before and all went well too.

GBBig thank you and endless praise to the… Big thank you and endless praise to the Sandwich branch who have restored our faith in humanity. Copart picked up my vehicle on time and efficiently as it had been written off by a third parties insurance. Unknown to us on the collection day our kitten had crawled under the car and hidden in the car bonnet and traveled 50 miles away. Thanks to Dan Lock who found him the following day, safely captured and looked after him until we were called and collected him. Also thank you to the lovely lady who spoke with me over the phone. My partner collected our kitten and said how lovely all the staff were. Really kind decent human beings and we are truly grateful for you going the extra mile. Thank you
