GBBad company Bad company, had a car in there and they had stuff taken out and said rats got my stuff. On another occasion they wasn’t doing anything about a copart account holder keeping my car and not paying me

GBThe only positive thing about my… The only positive thing about my experience was they guy driving the pick up truck, he was lovely, other than that the communication from the staff here is insane. They aren’t interested when you ring with a query at all.

USHuge scam: They take your money and give no refunds Huge scam: •(Premium membership) Only biddable vehicles are totaled beyond repair. •Pay extra fee for a broker/buying agent which is financially incentivized to make you spend as much as possible, and doesn’t bid in your best interest. •Shill bidding: Driveable Vehicles sell for above MSRP, and then directly get relisted… If you watch the bidding an agent from Texas bids directly after everyone else’s bid. •Possibility that they see everyone’s max bid and run the prices up to their limits. After paying $650 for premium, I’m unable to bid on anything of value. Most vehicles that are less than 5 years old are insurance company sales, and bidding isn’t allowed. 1 hour after getting my account opened, I asked for refund. I’ve reached out to them 5 times so far, and haven’t heard anything back… Most people in sales and vehicle industry enjoy the game of taking advantage of other people; Copart doesn’t seem to be any different.

USCopart really lowballed their offer. Copart really lowballed their offer. Their valuation process took 10 times as long as the other guy's. They were a day late with their pickup. They have no way to reach an actual human being for customer service.
