Big thank you and endless praise to the… Big thank you and endless praise to the Sandwich branch who have restored our faith in humanity. Copart picked up my vehicle on time and efficiently as it had been written off by a third parties insurance. Unknown to us on the collection day our kitten had crawled under the car and hidden in the car bonnet and traveled 50 miles away. Thanks to Dan Lock who found him the following day, safely captured and looked after him until we were called and collected him. Also thank you to the lovely lady who spoke with me over the phone. My partner collected our kitten and said how lovely all the staff were. Really kind decent human beings and we are truly grateful for you going the extra mile. Thank you

Bad company Bad company, had a car in there and they had stuff taken out and said rats got my stuff. On another occasion they wasn’t doing anything about a copart account holder keeping my car and not paying me

Further to my last review (Helped… Further to my last review (Helped setting up account) I did my basic research on the car, mileage history, HPI check etc. Then paid for the 10min WhatsApp walkround. Would have give 5 stars but the picture quality was terrible. The chap that was helping me 'Rich' did his best to overcome this and explained working on mobile data not broadband as a large yard and the signal sometimes struggled as so much metal around with other cars. He did his best with the video but to compensate explained every bit in detail and was happy to stop and answer questions mulitple times when I quieried something on the way round. He was ahead of his schedule for the day and was happy spending an extra bit of time on the main damage for me so o had everything answered I wanted to cover. After reviewing the video I noticed couple bits I wanted to cover I couldn't make out. He went out of his way to follow up and send me a couple of detailed pictures. He didn't have to do this. I paid my tenner He had done his bit when the WhatsApp call ended, but he responded quickly and followed up before auction end so I was comfortable to extend my budget slightly to win the auction. I am detailing this process as noticed everyone seems to come on and give a negative feedback but no one spends the time when things go right. I also called in after auction end to get a receipt and check delivery was added and again the chap was helpful and emailed it straight over. Absolutely every stage so far has been above standard I just hope the delivery is as smooth. That will be review 3. Thanks Copart Chester. EXCELLENT service so far

BEWARE! Coparts assume cars belong to them before asking the owner! When Coparts came to collect my husband's car after an accident, he left a brand new front panel inside, which he had bought to repair the car from a previous accident. He showed it to the person collecting the car, and he acknowledged its presence on the back seat. My husband had intended to see whether he could pay for the part to be fitted while the other bodywork was being carried out. Unfortunately, his car was 'written off' (seriously - the damage was no more than a deep scratch!) My husband insisted he wanted his car back and purchased it as 'salvage.' When it was returned, the brand new panel which was on the back seat, had gone. Also, the button in one of the headrests had been dug out. And Coparts mysteriously has no clue where they are! This is criminal - it's out and out theft.

Sold a car to copart Sold a car to copart: 1st the original quote given and excepted was not what they actually tried to give. I had to argue with the caller who was foreign, and you could not understand them, and then when the car was picked up the check was not valid at Bank of America. Called police to report theft. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
