They keep delaying delivery They have had my item sitting in their terminal for the past 16 days, and WILL NOT give me a scheduled time for getting it delivered. Every time I call about this, I keep being told they are working out delivery routes and will be called back the next day with a delivery date -- yet, they NEVER call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

Don't deliver appliances if you don't know what you're doing! Shipped and delivered freezer on its side, the carton had arrows and directions on each side warning to transport freezer upright. People who deliver appliances should know fridges & freezers have to be delivered upright. Driver had no paperwork to note this, only had cell phone to sign receipt of merchandise. Knowledge of English appeared to be almost non-existent. Refused to stay while carton was opened to inspect for damage.

Delivery was not made in the week it…was the next week for no reason. Delivery was not made in the week it was scheduled. They left us waiting and never came. Leaving a 80 year old lady without a refrigerator. No calls nothing I started calling asking to talk to a manager, multiple calls on multiple different days. Nothing all ways In a meeting never a return call.. was scheduled for the next Wednesday, then reschedule for Thursday for no reason.. very unprofessional.. sad to know a company can operate this poorly and stay in business..

Installed dishwasher improperly; no service after Appliance Connection hired this company to deliver and install a dishwasher at my home. Charged $170 to install. Within an hour of installation, my kitchen faucet slowed to a trickle. Called Appliance Connection; they said to call AM Trucking. Called; no response. Filed a claim on line. Got an auto response that I must send a notarized claim by registered mail within seven days. Still no water. Back and forth with Appliance Connection and AM Trucking. Another auto response saying my claim must have been made within 3 days instead of 7. I finally hired a plumber to fix it. Terrible company.

"Totally Awesome Experience" My experience was so Awesome......I don't know where to start!! First of all...their timing was Perfect!!! The communication was Outstanding!! Josh & Kenny were so Amazing!!! They were so friendly & Very knowledgeable!! They worked together Beautifully!! They handled my order with tender loving care & I really appreciated that!!!! They went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything! They made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. I would Highly recommend this team & AM Trucking!!!
