Delivery was not made in the week it…was the next week for no reason. Delivery was not made in the week it was scheduled. They left us waiting and never came. Leaving a 80 year old lady without a refrigerator. No calls nothing I started calling asking to talk to a manager, multiple calls on multiple different days. Nothing all ways In a meeting never a return call.. was scheduled for the next Wednesday, then reschedule for Thursday for no reason.. very unprofessional.. sad to know a company can operate this poorly and stay in business..

"Totally Awesome Experience" My experience was so Awesome......I don't know where to start!! First of all...their timing was Perfect!!! The communication was Outstanding!! Josh & Kenny were so Amazing!!! They were so friendly & Very knowledgeable!! They worked together Beautifully!! They handled my order with tender loving care & I really appreciated that!!!! They went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything! They made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. I would Highly recommend this team & AM Trucking!!! Ridiculously overpriced Ridiculously overpriced, scammers, and liars. If you want to get screwed over, lied to, stuff destroyed, and giving the runaround for months. This is your company. Show up whenever they want, drive away without ringing your doorbell, and destroy your items. When you call about it, they will mark your delivery a manager problem who apparently doesnt actually work. Do not walk away from AM, RUN!

Damaged our floors when they cut the… Damaged our floors when they cut the waterline of our refrigerator with a box cutter upon opening the box. A slow leak over a few days ruined our wood floors. Moshe, their claims director who really just avoids claims and saves them money on their insurance denied any responsibility which I’m sure he does on every claim that comes to him. Hopefully they take responsibility because I will continue to pursue this.

GREAT JOB! I'm seeing that there are some negative reviews. They must be working very hard to change that around because they did a stellar job with my delivery.
