I have the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11, King, and King GTR I have the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11, King, and soon to arrive King GTR and have been riding them since around 2020. I have 1,000+ miles on them with my son. I have had minimal mechanical problems but when I did I have called and email and been helped out quickly via both methods. I ordered the King GTR about two weeks before it shipped yesterday and the website said something like 2-5 business days to ship (I think...) so the wait has been a little longer but when I inquired Voro said that it was being inspected at the warehouse. I am not upset, its no big deal. In fact I am jacked to get my new scooter!

Stay Away from this company!!! I purchased a Emove Cruiser S on March 26, 2024. I received it on March 29, 2024. One immediate concern was missing set screw to tighten the ignition switch to the handlebars. The packaging was also terrible. I took the scooter for it's first ride on April 8th. The delay was getting myself a helmet. I noticed right away the steering wasn't right. I couldn't understand why. I took it to my garage and found a defective tire and rim. I called Voro Motors and they never answer the phone, never. I requested an RMA via email and wanted to send it back. They did call back twice and I spoke with them and they said they never received my email for an RMA. That said I requested it over the phone. They never provided one. They sent me a random email this past Friday saying they never heard from me and my case number was being closed. I never received a case number. They will send random emails requesting you to provide a review. I selected the 1 start and let it out not to buy from these folks. When I hit the send button it changed my 1 start to 5 stars. This company is a scam. They do not stand by what they sell. They provide no support and use devious and deceptive practices. Take my advice and run, as fast as you can from this company.

Voromotors is committed to giving excellent customer service I had an issue with the scooter and Voromotors provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to solve the problem.

worst customer service ever worst customer service ever. They don't care, just buying chinese scooters, traffic them just enough to not be exact copies and resell 3x the price
