GBGreat scooter, horrible customer service Great scooter. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced across the board. It’s going to be tough purchasing another scooter from them in the future knowing how bad the service was, even though I do love my scooter. No returned calls when they say they will. Never even called during the scheduled onboarding meeting even though they sent me at least 3 text and email reminders to be ready. Shipping is way longer than the website states. Even when you can and speak with them and they say it will be going out that day, it doesn’t.

GBJenkin was great Jenkin was great. He helped me find a creative solution to using a pre-paid American express giftcard to apply it to my purchase. Additionally, he was super helpful when I made an error on my shipping address, and he was able to solve that issue for me quickly. Overall it was a great customer experience, and I would highly recommend their service!
