GBDo not use this company. Try every other way before this company UPDATE: THEY ARE HONESTLY TERRIBLE AT SENDING OUT YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME. THEY HAVE MORE PEOPLE ANSWERING EMAILS THAN THEY DO PACKING PRODUCTS AND SENDING THEM OUT ON TIME. WHEN THEY DO SEND IT OUT THEY IGNORE THE CUSTOMERS WISHES OF SPEEDY DELIVERY. TOOK MY MONEY FOR THE FAST DELIVERY AND PROCEEDED TO NOT SEND IT EXPEDITED TRY EVERY WAY POSSIBLE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY They are very good at getting back to you. Whether the information is helpful or not they still in contact. I had been sent a scooter with a defective battery. They were able to help me but it took over a month to get it resolved. Always polite. Seems like they are always behind in there shipping department. Took a week and a half for them send out a part i needed. The part was listed as in stock. I literally had to harass them it feels like to get them to send it out, even with expedited shipping. But again they were finally able to resolve it. Just took forever.

GBThe kangaroo show... So I placed an order about a month ago, and still have to got it fulfilled,I asked for self collection, and they still sent the boxes any ways, which resulted in one box being taken from my door, now get this....the other boxes which had the motors I ordered THEY WERE THE WORONG MOTORS, TIL THIS DAY I SIT AND WAIT FOR MY ORDERS. so I ordered another scooter from another company and received it already in four days, voro motors is a great place to get a fast scooter just make sure it's in stock, the past few weeks have been ok being that my customer service rep JIM BRIAN keeps me upto date with this order it's still a kangaroo show but there working on it..thanks jim

GBStay Away from this company!!! I purchased a Emove Cruiser S on March 26, 2024. I received it on March 29, 2024. One immediate concern was missing set screw to tighten the ignition switch to the handlebars. The packaging was also terrible. I took the scooter for it's first ride on April 8th. The delay was getting myself a helmet. I noticed right away the steering wasn't right. I couldn't understand why. I took it to my garage and found a defective tire and rim. I called Voro Motors and they never answer the phone, never. I requested an RMA via email and wanted to send it back. They did call back twice and I spoke with them and they said they never received my email for an RMA. That said I requested it over the phone. They never provided one. They sent me a random email this past Friday saying they never heard from me and my case number was being closed. I never received a case number. They will send random emails requesting you to provide a review. I selected the 1 start and let it out not to buy from these folks. When I hit the send button it changed my 1 start to 5 stars. This company is a scam. They do not stand by what they sell. They provide no support and use devious and deceptive practices. Take my advice and run, as fast as you can from this company.
