Stay Away from this company!!! I purchased a Emove Cruiser S on March 26, 2024. I received it on March 29, 2024. One immediate concern was missing set screw to tighten the ignition switch to the handlebars. The packaging was also terrible. I took the scooter for it's first ride on April 8th. The delay was getting myself a helmet. I noticed right away the steering wasn't right. I couldn't understand why. I took it to my garage and found a defective tire and rim. I called Voro Motors and they never answer the phone, never. I requested an RMA via email and wanted to send it back. They did call back twice and I spoke with them and they said they never received my email for an RMA. That said I requested it over the phone. They never provided one. They sent me a random email this past Friday saying they never heard from me and my case number was being closed. I never received a case number. They will send random emails requesting you to provide a review. I selected the 1 start and let it out not to buy from these folks. When I hit the send button it changed my 1 start to 5 stars. This company is a scam. They do not stand by what they sell. They provide no support and use devious and deceptive practices. Take my advice and run, as fast as you can from this company.

Company is not what they claim Seeing all these reviews truly has me worried paid 3500 for a kaabo scooter in February arrived would not work they have been giving me the runaround since now it’s April they say they will not pay for labor to fix whatever issue is wrong. Tomorrow I dispute the charge I’ve had it

Shoddy and Unsafe Bought this as a commuter scooter for my job on City streets 10 miles away. I'm a tech for medical hardware and used to taking apart equipment so it seemed like I could handle any minor problems and maintenance. Less than a week into just riding it home (not round trip) at the lowest setting (15 mph) and the back fender broke in half whacking me in the leg and sending me into traffic. Ended up with minor injuries and having to pay for a replacement part despite the utterly useless warranty. Found out to replace the back fender means rewiring the entire front end without a pin schematic. With my level of aptitude I can solder it onto the old wires, so I bought the seat attachment to make the commute easier, less likely to flip me into traffic again. Can't get the last back bolt off with any of my equipment, contact support. They state I should take it to someone with "mechanical aptitude" to "save yourself" the hassle of returning the attachment. Incredibly sexist to insinuate that I don't possess the ability to understand how to remove a screw. Now I want to yeet this garbage straight through one of their corpo windows. Run, don't walk, away from Voro.
