Bogus discount code I was lookin to purchase a $1500. dollar motorized drift trike with this company, I had the item in my cart, was interrupted and didn't complete the transaction. I got a follow up e-mail from them stating if I complete the order now I can have a 7% discount on the item by putting in the discount code WEMISSYOU at checkout, so I tried to purchase it using the discount code and it did not work, so I did not buy the item from them. When I contacted them to ask why the code would not work, I was told oh I'm sorry that was a computer generated email for the 7% discount on my next order and it would not work for the item I wanted to order, it is only good for 1 particular item. It's a shame that you are tricked to complete your purchase for about $100 discount but I caught it before I completed my transaction with this company.

Great to Deal With I forgot to order a phone holder when I ordered my Wolf King GT Pro. Voro was able to modify my order and I just paid the difference.... I appreciate that because I would have had to pay a big shipping fee for just a phone holder......... Very Happy :)

Great scooter, horrible customer service Great scooter. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced across the board. It’s going to be tough purchasing another scooter from them in the future knowing how bad the service was, even though I do love my scooter. No returned calls when they say they will. Never even called during the scheduled onboarding meeting even though they sent me at least 3 text and email reminders to be ready. Shipping is way longer than the website states. Even when you can and speak with them and they say it will be going out that day, it doesn’t.
