GBI bought a scooter of them for my kids… I bought a scooter of them for my kids birthday. Over one month ago, they haven't even tried to ship it. Yeah, they don't care about their customers. Once they've got my money, they did not care. They told me it would take anything between 5 to 15 working days maximum. They also told me I was getting free delivery as soon as I paid for A. They charge me for the delivery nearly 500 pounds.

GBCompany is not what they claim Seeing all these reviews truly has me worried paid 3500 for a kaabo scooter in February arrived would not work they have been giving me the runaround since now it’s April they say they will not pay for labor to fix whatever issue is wrong. Tomorrow I dispute the charge I’ve had it

GBGreat scooter, horrible customer service Great scooter. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced across the board. It’s going to be tough purchasing another scooter from them in the future knowing how bad the service was, even though I do love my scooter. No returned calls when they say they will. Never even called during the scheduled onboarding meeting even though they sent me at least 3 text and email reminders to be ready. Shipping is way longer than the website states. Even when you can and speak with them and they say it will be going out that day, it doesn’t.
