Once they've got my money, they did not care. They told me it would take anything between 5 to 15 working days maximum. They also told me I was getting free delivery as soon as I paid for A. They charge me for the delivery nearly 500 pounds.

So I placed an order about a month ago, and still have to got it fulfilled,I asked for self collection, and they still sent the boxes any ways, which resulted in one box being taken from my door, now get this....the other boxes which had the motors I ordered THEY WERE THE WORONG MOTORS, TIL THIS DAY I SIT AND WAIT FOR MY ORDERS. so I ordered another scooter from another company and received it already in four days, voro motors is a great place to get a fast scooter just make sure it's in stock, the past few weeks have been ok being that my customer service rep JIM BRIAN keeps me upto date with this order it's still a kangaroo show but there working on it..thanks jim
