You get charged in Singapore. Nobody assumes responsibility. All they say is that it was shipped via NL and it’s at the shippers and they cannot refund the funds although in their web page they say that if it has not been delivered after one month they issue a 100% refund which is BS. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Avoid buying from ZE Technology! The military grade smart watch v2 looks cheap. Then I didn’t receive the women’s mesh watch ordered. I contacted the company multiple times via email and left voice messages as no customer service agents were available. I wanted to return all items and receive a refund for the missing watch. I made the request within 7 days as stipulated on ZE Technology’s website. No one contacted me via phone or email. Then several days later, I get the missing watch in the mail. This shows that my email requesting a refund and return was read; however, I was never told how or where to return the items. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. Customer service is terrible!
