USWatch apparently would not recharge. Customer service is shipping a new one. I ordered on New Years Eve requesting standard free shipping, not express shipping, and received it about 2 weeks later. It is larger than I expected, and feels like a budget watch, but otherwise about what I expected for a cheap mail order smart watch. The function i was interested in was the BP monitor, and it worked very well for 3 days until the watch stopped working. I submitted an email to the contact email address included in the minimal operating instructions asking for tech support, and got a reply same day from a tech support person. I followed his instructions and still could not get the watch to turn on, or indicate that it was charging. He asked me for a video to see how I was doing it, I assume in case i was not doing it correctly, which is a possibility. I sent a 10 second video showing how I connect the magnetic charge cord, and press the center left button and hold to try and turn the watch on. I received a reply the next day asking for my original order number and an address to ship the replacement watch to. so far good customer service. it Remains to be seen if the replacement watch will arrive quickly and last longer than the original.

AUAVOID AVOID - This watch appears to be nothing but a rebranded smart watch using extremely poor wearhealth app and charging about 5 times the legitimate price. Also appears to having phishing software attached. Business registered in USA as US Military hardware but software owned by he ming China. My advice is find a better alternative. Appears to be a scam to sell at a much higher price.

USI placed my order a month ago I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to speak to any one at Ze Tech. worst customer service ever. No one answers at the Customer Service number, no agents are available. All I get are computer generated responses to emails. If I had know that it would take over a month to get this watch I would never have purchased it. I want to speak to an actual person and get my watch or cancel my order.

USOrder “lost” in transit Ordered watch, received notification it was picked up. Received tracking information and from there nothing. No updates, says was picked up and not received by USPS. Beware! They do not tell you it is shipping from S. Korea. They do not tell you if you do not pay an additional $20 it will take up to 21 days. Then it takes over 21 days.

GBHi had my watch for a day now ,all… Hi had my watch for a day now ,all seems good quite easy to set up , good solid watch just the buttons seem a little not as positive as I would have liked, time will tell how good it is, but over all very good watch.thanks Chris.
